Basement Storage Information


The Basement Storage area of the Dr. John Archer Library is not open to library clients.

Requests for materials stored here, may be placed in person by filling out a Basement Storage request form available at the Borrowing Desk of the Dr. John Archer Library.

All items requested by 3:45 p.m. if available, will be retrieved by Circulation Services staff and will be available for pickup at the Dr. John Archer Library Borrowing Desk by 4:30 p.m. the same day. Requests received after 3:45 p.m. will be available with the next day's requests.

Items will be returned to the Basement Storage locations after remaining unclaimed on the shelf for 1 week, or after they have been viewed.
