Visual Arts

Ceramics, drawing, intermedia, painting, printmaking, or sculpture – discover your favourite mode of expression while working in modern and spacious studio facilities.

Realize. Art is everywhere.

The visual arts program at the University of Regina is situated in a community with a strong tradition of visual arts programming, allowing you to interact with local art galleries, art centres, and artists throughout your degree.

No matter your medium or major, your studio practice will be grounded in art history, which provides a solid understanding and context for your work.

In addition, the Fifth Parallel Art Gallery, the only student-run gallery in Canada, provides an opportunity for you to gain invaluable experience during your studies.
