U of R Counselling Services

University of Regina Counselling Services provides accessible, evidence-based, and inclusive mental health services to the diverse U of R student community. 


mywellness is a student mental health and wellness program provided by the U of R Students' Union (URSU).

mywellness is free to all students, faculty and staff, even those not registered with the health and dental plan.

Online Therapy Unit

The Online Therapy Unit at the U of R offers a free, five-week program called the UniWellbeing Course for students struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression.
