Professional Development

The Working Mind

The Working Mind is an education-based program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness in a workplace setting. Ths program is offered by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

mywellness is a mental health and wellness program provided by the Students' Union and is available to students, faculty and staff.

Online Therapy Unit

The Online Therapy Unit at the U of R offers the Wellbeing Course for Mental Health. It provides free education and guidance on simple but effective techniques for managing depression and/or anxiety. The Course helps people with thoughts, behaviours, and physical symptoms of depression and anxiety.
