A: You can register up to three vehicles on your ePermit. Only one car linked to an ePermit is allowed to park on campus at any time. Any additional vehicles associated with the ePermit must pay through the PayByPhone app or at a Pay Station.

Q: The vehicle I brought today has a different than the one on my account; what do I need to do?
A: Go to UR Parking Account to add the license plate to your account as a “temporary vehicle” or contact our office at 306-585-5555 to have the plate added. You want to ensure this is completed before parking on campus.

Q: What if I lend my car to another student/staff member? Is the ePermit still valid?

A: If the user no longer needs their permit it will go to the first name on the waitlist for that designated lot.

Q: I am leaving campus for a period of time, can I suspend my ePermit while I am away?
No, the ePermit will still require regular payment each month or you can choose to forfeit your ePermit and must reapply upon your return. Please be advised once you have relinquished your parking ePermit, if there is a waitlist, you will be placed at the bottom of that list.

Q: What if I add someone else’s license plate to my ePermit?

A:You can add up to three license plates to your ePermit and this process is self managed. If you are planning on sharing an ePermit with another user for parking on campus be advised only one registered license plate can be on campus utilizing the ePermit at a time and any additional vehicles must pay to park through the PayByPhone App or at a Pay Station otherwise you will be issued a $200.00 citation. An ePermit grants access to utilize only one parking stall on campus.

Q: How do I cancel my parking permit?
A: Email uparking@uregina.ca with your cancellation request.

Q: The Pay Station is not working to purchase parking time; what can I do?
A: If a Pay Station is not working, you can download and use the PayByPhone App on your mobile device to purchase parking time for your stay on campus or locate another pay station as indicated on the pay station map.
If you cannot access the PayByPhone App, please contact P&TS with your license plate number at 306-585-5555 for directions to the nearest Pay Station.
