Parking ePermits

Purchasing an ePermit is the most economical option if you plan to park at the University of Regina on a regular basis. Parking Services offers various ePermit options with parking privileges to best suit your needs.

Parking ePermits are limited and sold based on availability. If your preferred ePermit is SOLD OUT, you can place your name on the waitlist and will be notified when one is available.

Your License Plate is Your ePermit

Parking Services utilizes License Plate Recognition technology to monitor parking at the University of Regina. You can register up to three vehicle license plates onto your ePermit at one time through UR Parking Account, however; only one registered vehicle can be parked on campus at a time.

Commuter Students
All commuter students who will be on campus must have an ePermit to park in the designated lots. Be sure to enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your ePermit.

Residents
All Resident students who will be on living campus must have a Resident ePermit. You will need to enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your ePermit.

SCBScN
Students enrolled in the University of Regina Faculty of Nursing program, in collaboration with Saskatchewan Polytech, will need a parking ePermit. You must enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your ePermit.

Please note:  A permit is not required at the Saskatchewan Polytech- Regina Campus for the fall semester. Students will be able to park in the student parking lots (8, 10, 14 & 15) without need to purchase or show a permit of any type.
