Title: Entanglement Breaking Channels

Abstract:

Unital completely positive maps ϕ : B(K) → B(H) of the Holevo form will be discussed. For any input state, states sent through quantum channels represented by the Holevo form are separable. Several characterizations of the Holevo form will be presented and their role in spaces of completely positive maps will be introduced.
