Parking Permits

Parking for Fall 2020

Effective November 1, 2020, normal parking fees will be applied to all underground parkades and all visitor/public parking areas (PayByPhone/pay stations/meters) and enforcement (ticketing of violators) will resume in those parking areas.

  • Students, faculty and staff still require parking permits in Resident, M, and Z lots, and parkade access
  • Permits are available through the Parking Services Online Application
  • Accessible parking stalls will be enforced

Parking for Winter 2021

Effective January 1, 2021, parking fees will resume for anyone who is parking in an "M" (no plug-in parking) or "Z" (plug-in parking) lot, including the College Avenue campus, and for resident parking.

  • Students, faculty and staff still require parking permits in Resident, M, and Z lots, and parkade access
  • Permits are available through the Parking Services Online Application
  • Accessible parking stalls will be enforced

Parking Permit Information

If you have permit parking on the University of Regina campus, please see below for important updates regarding payroll deductions, account credits, and parkade access.

  • For staff and faculty with payroll parking deductions:
    • Faculty & Staff parking payroll deductions were discontinued beginning the March 29 to April 11, 2020 pay period (April 17 payday) until further notice.
    • All permit holders will maintain their permits (the lot they are in) when payment resumes.
    • The Parking Services website will be updated with permit sale dates once University classes/operations resume.
    • All permit holders will maintain their permits (the lot they are in) at that time.
    • Permit holders who wish to discontinue parking when fees resume may do so by emailing Parking Services at uparking@uregina.ca
  • For staff and faculty with CKHS parkade access that expired April 30 or Kisik parkade fobs:
    • Parking Services has arranged for card or fob access expiry dates to be automatically extended to cover the campus closure period.
