Mental Wellness Support

Counselling Support

  • Faculty and staff can access services through the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EMAP) delivered by Human Resources.
  • Homeweb is an innovative online platform provided by Homewood Health, the UofR’s health and wellness resource provider. Homeweb offers access to personalized health and wellness tools, resources, and support, whether you need advice, counselling or treatment.
  • New users will be asked to create an account in order to sign in to the site.
  • Homewood Health and Homeweb is open to all U of R, Campion, MacKenzie Art Gallery, and Luther faculty and staff with benefits coverage.
  • The University of Regina remains committed to supporting you whether on or off campus.
  • If you require additional mental health support, please use your free Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) by calling Homewood Health at 1-800-663-1142.
  • Their services are available by phone, by video or online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Student Support

  • In-person counselling services offered by Student Affairs are cancelled, but Student Affairs is offering counselling services through alternative formats moving forward.
  • The best way to contact them is through their online form: https://www.uregina.ca/student/counselling/contactusform.html.
  • Students can contact Counselling Services Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
