On-campus Vaccination Clinic - September 22

This is a walk-in clinic only. This clinic is for first, second, and third doses.

This clinic is available to University of Regina:

  • students (Spring/Summer and Fall semester),
  • faculty, and staff and their immediate family members (spouse, partner, or dependent children).

Clinic Overview

  • Vaccine: Pfizer and Moderna
  • Doses: First, second, and third doses
  • Date: Wednesday, September 22
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Location: Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) Atrium (the West doors of the College West building are the closest access point to enter through).


Eligibility for Pfizer and Moderna is as follows:

  • First dose: Anyone born in 2009 or earlier
  • Second dose: Anyone born in 2009 or earlier who received their first dose on August 10 or earlier (you may receive your second dose 28 days after receiving your first dose)

Those who will be attending any of these vaccine clinics should note the following protocols and procedures:

  • If you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your appointment.
  • You must wear a mask to enter the University of Regina and to receive your vaccine at the clinic.
  • Please show up no sooner than five minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • After you receive the vaccine, you will be required to wait 15 minutes in the same area.
  • Bring your Saskatchewan health card or other provincial health card. However, if you do not have a health card, you can still receive the vaccine. (Please bring another piece of picture ID such as an out-of-province driver’s license or a passport)
  • Please wear short sleeves or other attire that allows for easy access to the upper arm for the vaccination.
