COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic July 14

  • Vaccine: Moderna
  • Date: Wednesday, July 14
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Location: Research and Innovation Centre Atrium (the West doors of the College West building are the closest access point to enter through).

 This clinic is available to University of Regina students (those registered in the Spring/Summer and Fall semesters) and their immediate family members (spouse, partner, or dependent children). This is an appointment-based clinic, and you must book your appointment online at

NOTE: The person booking the appointment must have a U of R User Name and Password (eg. smith1jo). Multiple family members can be booked during the same login session.


Because Moderna has been approved only for those over the age of 18, eligibility for Moderna appointments is as follows:

  • First dose: Anyone over the age of 18 (born on this day in 2003 or earlier)
  • Second dose: Anyone over the age of 18 (born on this day in 2003 or earlier) who received their first dose on June 8 or earlier (you may receive your second dose 28 days after receiving your first dose)

If you received a vaccine other than Moderna for your first dose, you can still receive Moderna for your second dose.

Protocols and procedures

  • If you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your appointment.
  • You must wear a mask to enter the University of Regina and to receive your vaccine at the clinic.
  • Please show up no sooner than five minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • After you receive the vaccine, you will be required to wait 15 minutes in the same area.
  • Bring your Saskatchewan health card or other provincial health card. However, if you do not have a health card, you can still receive the vaccine.
  • Please wear short sleeves or other attire that allows for easy access to the upper arm for the vaccination.

The Student Wellness Centre is planning to hold more on-campus COVID-19 vaccine clinics. We will send out information about upcoming clinics as soon as it is available.
