Academic Performance Review Software Testing - Reviewers

As many may have heard, in early 2017, the University purchased a software system designed to manage academic performance review, project/grant/contract management, and research ethics.

We are currently looking for volunteers to test at the following times:

Testing for Academic Staff members (This will be entering information into the Annual Information Form (AIF) which will be forwarded to the Initial Reviewer, Peer Review Committee and Dean):

October 3 & 7 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Testing for Peer Review Members, Initial Reviewers, and Deans:

October 15 from 1:30-3:30 PM
October 17 from 9:00-11:00 AM

The plan is also for us to gradually roll this product out this year (2019 review year) with full implementation for the 2020 review year.
