Leading Neurodivergent Employees (for current and aspiring leaders)

•Details: This presentation is intended for all current and aspiring leaders within the University of Regina. It opens a discussion about leadership, explores qualities of inclusive leaders (including specific communication strategies and leadership styles), shares what to expect when leading neurodivergent employees, and highlights the benefits of practicing inclusive leadership.
