URManaging: Coaching and Feedback

"People need to know if they're making progress toward a goal or simply marking time. A global study of over 1, 000 organizations in over 150 countries found that more than one-third of all employees had to wait more than 3 months to get feedback from their managers; nearly two-thirds wish they received more feedback form their colleagues." (pp. 256-257, The Leadership Challenge, 6th edition (2016). Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner)

"When leaders provide a clear sense of direction and feedback along the way they encourage people to reach inside and do their best." (p.259, The Leadership Challenge, 6th edition (2016) Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner)

This workshop reinforces the behaviours of Modeling the Way, Enabling Others and Encouraging the Heart. (The Leadership Challenge, 6th edition (2016). Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner).
