URManaging - Unconscious Bias
This 2 hour workshop will provide participants with:
- Understanding of the operation of bias based on brain science through an examination of the brain's operating principles and learn how patterns are created.
- Recognize, in various situations, the possible consequences of bias.
- Identify how to mitigate the consequences of biases.
* Participants are strongly encouraged to begin their URManaging development by taking The Fundamentals of Leading and Managing.
