Prior to coming to the information session, please prepare and bring a list of your Observers including the following: your manager and a minimum of 3 people from each of the following relationship groups:
a. Your direct reports (if you have any)
b. Your co-workers/peers
c. Others
If you are unable to attend one of these information sessions, please contact Sue Mitten at 337-3263 and alternate arrangements will be made to provide you with the information on the 360 assessment process.
