Department/Program Heads: Introduction to Conflict Resolution 1
To register for this workshop, you need to be a Department/Program Head.
This short overview is an exploration of conflict resolution skills to prevent, manage and resolve conflict. In these two, time spaced workshops, participants will:
• Understanding types and causes of conflict
•Uncovering common beliefs or thoughts about conflict that may not be useful
•Discovering your workstyle (DiSC) and implications for conflict resolution
This overview consists of 2 time spaced sessions: February 2 and February 10, 2022. Please register for both sessions.
