Gillian Nowlan - Recipient of the 2012 CLA Emerging Leader Award

We are delighted to announce that Gillian Nowlan has been chosen as the first recipient of the Canadian Library Association's (CLA) Emerging Leader Award, sponsored by Counting Opinions. The Emerging Leader Award recognizes a CLA member with less than 5 years' experience in the library field who demonstrates leadership or active participation in association work.

The award will be presented to Gillian at the CLA Awards Ceremony during the 2012 CLA Conference in Ottawa.
