The Beatles’ influence on modern music

     

2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the release of The Beatles’ first album, Please Please Me. The release of the album is an important milestone in 20th Century pop culture history, marking the genesis of Beatlemania and the beginning of The Beatles’ influence on modern music. In honour of this anniversary, the library has put together a display of its Beatles-related resources.
