Service interruption: UREAD and Interlibrary Loan services

The Library Shipping Tool administered by Canada Post and used by UREAD and Interlibrary Loan departments across Canada is not functioning at present. Shipping Tool has been down since Monday, October 27, 2014.

The service is used by libraries to print outgoing and return mailing slips.

Canada Post is aware of the situation and is currently investigating the issue.

This service interruption will delay delivery of items you have requested through the UREAD and Interlibrary Loan services.
