Biography of Danni Kenzle, Interim Associate Vice-President (Human Resources)
Danni Kenzle is the Interim Associate Vice-President (Human Resources) at the University of Regina, leading HR strategy, operations, and programs. With over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational HR, she plays a key role in policy development, talent management, and employee engagement.
Since joining the University in 2014, Danni has held leadership roles, including Director, Organizational Development & People Programs, overseeing workforce planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. She previously held HR leadership positions in the Government of Saskatchewan’s Public Service Commission and the private sector, specializing in employee relations, staffing, classicisation, workplace wellness and safety.
Danni holds a Master of Administration in Leadership and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Regina, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction). She is a Prosci Certified Change Management Consultant and Lean Green Belt practitioner, with extensive training in coaching and organizational effectiveness.
An active community leader, Danni serves as Board Secretary for Sofia House and Fundraising Director for Regina Synchro. She is committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace that supports the University’s mission.
