Marina Jeffery

Marina Jeffery is principal consultant, learning facilitator and career coach in her own company Pursuit Learning and Consulting Ltd. in Regina. She has worked in human resources in instruction, consulting, program or team manager roles since 1992. Her varied work experience has been in unionized and non-unionized organizations: provincial government, a large private insurer, provincial crown utilities and a federal crown corporation.

Since 2008, one of her major contract commitments has been as change management consultant assisting a utility in managing the people side of service delivery renewal. She also supports other clients’ leadership teams through group or individual consulting, facilitation or coaching, provides career outplacement services, and delivers career planning workshops for youth. In the pursuit of creating lasting change through learning, Marina has recently researched habit development and brain health and has partnered with Davis-Ward Centre for Employee Excellence delivering intriguing new learning on that topic.
 
Marina has a B.A. from University of Saskatchewan, a B.Ed. from U of R, and several certifications: e.g. Life Skills Coach; various personality, work style and team assessments; Appreciative Inquiry and Prosci Change Management.   She has designed and delivered many career, personal, team and leadership development programs in her work, and always enjoys a return to a classroom instruction.
