The University has collective bargaining agreements in place covering the terms and conditions of employment for four employee bargaining units.

URFA: Academic and APT

The University of Regina Faculty Association represents both the Academic Staff bargaining unit (all academic ranks, instructors and sessional lecturers, laboratory instructors and librarians) and the Administrative, Professional and Technical (APT) bargaining unit.
