  • Students have indicated they like the flexibility that online and blended courses give them.
  • When a flexible course is developed and delivered, your faculty may receive a portion of the tuition revenues collected, above a minimum holdback.*

Benefits to Course Developers/Subject Matter Experts (SME)

  • SMEs (course developers) are encouraged to work with the FL Instructional Design (ID) Team to develop a new online course and/or to enhance a previously developed and delivered course (remote, f2f) for online delivery with such things as content delivery strategies, student engagement, assessment strategies and effective uses of technology.
  • SMEs can get paid**, get a course release or hire a student when developing a course
