Please note: If you are a Faculty of Arts students admitted through one of the Federated Colleges (Campion College, First Nations University of Canada, or Luther College), you will need to visit instead the website of that college for information and services related to your studies.
Drop-In Academic Advising Schedule for September 2, 2025 to September 15, 2025:
There will be no drop-in session on Monday September 1, 2025 due to the Labour Day holiday!
Students attending drop-in sessions will check in at CL 411 (Arts Student Services Front Desk). Please have your student ID number ready to present to our front desk staff, as this allows us to assist you more efficiently. Students will be able to speak to an advisor on an individual and confidential basis in the order they are checked in. Please note: the length of wait will depend on the number of people ahead of you.

Book an Advising Appointment
Complete this form to book a 30 minute appointment with an Academic Advisor from the Arts Student Services Office. Appointments can be booked Monday-Friday betweent the hours of 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-3:30pm. You will recieve an email with a confirmed appointment time!

All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by Arts Student Services. We will email you shortly to confirm your appointment.
