Step In Step Up

This is training that focuses on creating a community of responsibility. The approach recognizes that everyone, including students, faculty and staff, has a role in ending sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The program teaches participants to identify risky situations, practice safe and effective interventions, and to encourage action when required.

It is also possible to organize Bystander training for your group or department.

Strength and Self-care

This is a group designed to support survivors of violence. Each group offers information and skills to aid in healing in an informal, safe, and relaxed atmosphere. Everone is welcome! Group topics include; what is trauma? managing emotions and safety and self-esteem.

Disclosure Training

A 45-60 minute training opportunity that focuses on providing intervention stratagies that can be used when responding to disclosures of sexual violence. Research shows that responding to disclosures in a positive manner significantly impacts the health and safety of surviviors.

All of these training opportunities can be adapted to the needs of the department or groups wanting the training.
