Co-op Spotlights

U of R Students who participate in the Co-operative Education program experience success in many different ways throughout their studies and after graduating. Our "Co-op Spotlight" highlights the successes and experiences of our students who have been working in locations and positions that are noteworthy and who deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work.   The four students (listed on the left) are the most recent students to be featured on our website.

Co-operative education is a means to experience the right blend of challenging oneself both as a student and a professional at an early stage of a young professional's career. My experience allowed me to do just that with the help of the Center for Experiential and Service Learning (CESL), particularly Sandy Pipko, who guided me throughout the step-by-step process. CESL provides students from various course backgrounds alike with the opportunity to discover their interests in whichever working field they are interested in through Co-operative Education. I encourage whomever can to participate and leave a strong footprint at the workplace.
