As the senior officer responsible for a broad range of non-academic services, the Vice-President (Administration) provides leadership to the Associate Vice-Presidents responsible for Financial Services, Facilities Management and Information Services; maintains effective relationships with government officials; and is involved in University planning and policy development.

The Vice-President (Administration) provides leadership to the development of the University's budget and campus plan.  In these capacities in particular, the Vice-President (Administration) builds and maintains a strong relationship with the Provincial Government.
