Preserving the Campus

After more than 100 years of use, the historic buildings at the College Avenue Campus suffered considerable deterioration, and lack of accessibility made it difficult for students to fully participate in programming.

To preserve this historic legacy, and continue to provide educational and culturally enriching opportunities to more than 8,000 students of all abilities each year, the University undertook an ambitious initiative. Learn more about this success story.

The Conexus Partnership

In 2016, Conexus Credit Union members responded to the University's call for partners to help save College Avenue Campus. Conexus members are committed to helping breathe new life into Darke Hall and enhancing Wascana Centre by restoring College Avenue Campus as an artistic, cultural and educational hub for the citizens of Regina.
