Daily Drop In Passes: Guests are able to redeem up to three daily drop in receipts toward the purchase of a membership of equal or lessor value. Receipts must be dated within one week of membership purchase. Membership will be activated to the earliest dated receipt. To be eligible for this offer, receipts must be redeemed in person to the RAS Office. Receipts can not be sued in the case of a lost or forgotten card or toward a membership that is already active.
U of R Returning Student: Rate applies for the period May to August only. To be eligible the student must be registered in the fall semester.
U of R Off Campus Student: Rate applies to those students registered in a work experience program ( ie. Internship Programs, Fieldwork etc.) who are assessed the Recreation and Athletics Fee in their tuition. Rate is equal to the assessed Rec/Ath Fee.
Post Secondary Student Other: Rate applies to those students attending any accredited post secondary institution (ie. SIAST, private vocational schools etc.)
Employee: To be eligible for employee rate ( ie. U of R/Federated College and/or Tenant), work address must be located at the south or downtown University of Regina campuses.
Employee Family: Defined as your spouse and any dependant children 14 - 18 years. Memberships can be purchased from:

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Direct Payment. Note: Personal Cheques are no longer accepted.
NOTE: Payroll deduction privileges provided to University of Regina employees.
Memberships accepted in person or by phone. Payment will be required at the time of application. All members will be issued a photo identification membership card upon purchase. Patrons will be required to scan their membership card at a scanning station located at the main entrance of the Fitness and Lifestyle Centre as a means to verify access eligibility.
Credit card payments may be made by phone @ 306-585-4371. For the 4-month and 12-month option, scheduled monthly payments may be made. (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). G.S.T. is included in the prices.
Aquatic memberships and locker rentals must be purchased separately.
Cancellation Fee Policy: No refunds on 1-month memberships. No refunds on 4 and 12 month memberships unless for medical reasons (doctor’s note required) or for relocation out of the city. The refund will be prorated based on the date of commencement to the date of cancellation. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Memberships are available to individuals 14 years of age or older. Individuals 14-18 years of age may be asked to verify age with a Birth Certificate and/or Sask. Health Card.
