Acupuncture
Acupuncturists are healthcare professionals trained in the practice of acupuncture, a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. This technique is used to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness. Acupuncturists assess patients holistically, considering physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors, and may also incorporate other therapies such as cupping, herbal medicine, or dietary advice.
Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) are trained professionals who use hands-on techniques to manipulate the muscles and soft tissues of the body. Their work helps relieve pain, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation and overall wellness. Depending on their training and focus, they may specialize in therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, or relaxation massage.
