The Exercise & Workplace Health Services staff performs official testing for Police Officers, EMS, Highway Traffic Officers, etc. Eliminate your fears and let our professionals help you prepare for your testing. POPAT/PARE training classes are 8 weeks in duration. Classes are held Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 7 am - 8 am. Includes a minimum of 2 full course set ups, exact testing equipment, official testers and the testing facility. Each training session provides access to individual equipment utilized during testing.
*For those unable to attend the group training class, Individual Fitness Instruction (training sessions) can be booked to accommodate your schedule. Individual training sessions will also be tailored to POPAT/PARE training.

The Dr. Paul Schwann Centre typically performs POPAT testing the last Thursday of each month. Police applicants are scheduled by City Police Services. The Dr. Paul Schwann Centre performs testing services as a non-bias and independant party. Testing results and safety information are released to the third party agency to make their own hiring and recruitment decisions independantly. * Applicants MUST bring Medical Clearance Forms to participate (can be obtained from the City Police).
Highway Traffic Officer Testing

Highway Traffic Officer applicant testing is scheduled by the Ministry of Highways & Infrastructure. The Dr. Paul Schwann Centre performs testing services as a non-bias and independant party. Testing results and safety information are released to the third party agency to make their own hiring and recruitment decisions independantly.
Fire Fighter Testing

Fire Fighter applicant testing is scheduled by the City of Regina - Fire Department. The Dr. Paul Schwann Centre performs testing services as a non-bias and independant party. Testing results and safety information are released to the third party agency to make their own hiring and recruitment decisions independantly. * Applicants MUST bring Medical Clearance Forms to participate (can be obtained from the City Fire Department).
EMS Testing

EMS applicant testing is scheduled by the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region - EMS department. The Dr. Paul Schwann Centre performs testing services as a non-bias and independant party. Testing results and safety information are released to the third party agency to make their own hiring and recruitment decisions independantly. * Applicants MUST bring Medical Clearance Forms to participate (can be obtained from the RQHR-EMS ).
