The exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union is one of great political decisions of our time. But it is a decision being made by no single actor in any single venue. How will those different contexts, overlapping jurisdictions, and competing interests affect the UK's path out of the EU?
Ian Cooper is a Research Fellow at the Brexit Research & Policy Institute at DCU. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University. He has previously held academic positions in the UK, Norway, and Canada and most recently he was a Jean Monnet Fellow at European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
