Mandatory Document Submission
Why is it Important to Submit Your Documents?
It's a requirement of the University of Regina that you submit your immigration documents as soon as you are registered in classes.
In the event that any of your documents are lost, stolen, or damaged, you can be assured that UR International has copies to aid in the replacement of your documents.
Fall 2024 Document Submission Deadline
If you're a new student who will be joining us in Fall 2024, the deadline to submit your documents is September 12th at 11:59 p.m. (CST). It's our policy to withdraw students from their courses if they fail to submit the required documents by this deadline.
Documents to Submit
- Passport
- Study Permit (for students who have entered Canada)
- Letter of Introduction (for students who are still outside Canada)
- Flight Ticket Details (for students who are still outside Canada)
