Photo Contest Winners 2010

November 15 -19, 2010

Thank you to everyone who submitted photos and voted in our International Photo Contest during International Education week! The winning photos were chosen based on the votes submitted throughout the week, and prizes were sponsored by the UR International Office. The first prize winner will receive a gift certificate to an “international” Regina restaurant, the second and third prize winners will receive other "international" items.

First Prize
Cairns, Australia: Skydiving Australia's highest skydive at 14,000ft over the Great Barrier Reef

Shandra spent the Winter 2010 semester studying as an exchange student at the University of Technology Sydney in Australia.

Second Prize
Arlington Beach, Saskatchewan: "So, umm... Anna, have you seen our winter yet... he he...?"

Third Prize
Regina, Saskatchewan: This is my favorite Regina picture, taken recently in Wascana Park. I love this picture because it represents a beautiful Regina in the Fall. I want to capture the moment before the leaves start to fall and the geese start to migrate.
