JDC West Takes First Place!

The Paul J. Hill School of Business JDC West
team put in a stellar performance at the JDC
West Competition this weekend in Edmonton,
finishing 1st overall and winning the School
of the Year award! This is the fifth year in
a row that the Hill School has placed in the
top 3. This year UBC came second and
University of Calgary came third. Faculty
coach, Chris Street, observed that "our
business team was made up of 13 individual
teams and it was the strong, consistent
performance of each student that led to our
1st overall finish." Several of our
individual teams placed in the top three:
1st in Marketing, 2nd in Strategy, 2nd in
MIS, 2nd in Sport, 2nd in Participation, 3rd
in Finance.
