Our Mandate

Parking & Transportation Services’ mandate is to manage multi-facility parking while operating as a breakeven entity. This includes long term financial viability for the operation, maintenance and investment in physical assets such as surface lots and new structures.

Parking & Transportation Services provides the highest possible quality, support, responsiveness and range of parking options through innovative service approaches.

Policies and regulations are reviewed and revised as necessary in order to maximize safety, the level of service and parking efficiencies.

Parking & Transportation Services is a service of the University of Regina whose source of funding is from parking related user fees.
