THE APPEAL PROCESS

1. Can I appeal a parking citation?

Yes you may appeal a citation if you feel that your vehicle was parked in accordance with the University of Regina’s parking bylaws or that there were extenuating circumstances that warrant an appeal. All appeals must be submitted within 7 calendars days of the issuance date.

Please be advised, that due to the legal nature of citations issued at the University of Regina we cannot accept informal citation appeals by e-mail, in person or by telephone. They must be submitted through our website by the citation holder or representative. If you have accessibility needs that prevent you from submitting your appeal online please let us know.

2. How do I know if I have received a parking citation?
A parking citation will be placed on the windshield of your vehicle under the driver’s side windshield wiper. It will have your vehicle plate on it and it will list the infraction. Additionally if you have an account with us and you have attached an email address to that account you will receive an email the same day letting you know that a citation has been issued to your vehicle.
3. How do I appeal a citation?

If the violation can be appealed, students, employees, and affiliates may appeal their parking citation through their online parking portal using their UofR credentials or through the citation look up page.


To appeal a parking citation, guests may do so through the citation look up page. You will need the license plate number and the citation number listed on your citation.

4. What happens to my early payment window during the appeal process?
During the appeal process the early payment window of 14 calendar days for eligible citations is SUSPENDED. The 14 day window will resume once an appeal decision is reached at which point you will be emailed the resolution to the appeal. Please watch the email address that you provided for the appeal.
5. During the appeal process
  • DO NOT pay your citation, remitting payment for a citation is considered an admission of guilt by the Provincial Bylaw Court. Once payment has been made it is no longer eligible for appeal through the University of Regina or Provincial Bylaw Court.
  • Early citation payment timeline of 14 days is SUSPENDED and will resume once a decision is made.
  • Once you submit an appeal you will receive a follow-up email confirming the receipt of the appeal. With a summary of your appeal reasoning. You will then receive a decision on the matter within 10 business days.
6. Potential Appeal Outcomes and additional steps:

Appeal Granted: If your appeal is granted, Parking & Transportation Services will remove all citation-related fees associated with the citation and no further action is required.

Partial Appeal Granted: Upon review of the citation you may be granted a partial appeal, this is often in the form of a fine reduction. This payment will be due within 14 calendar days of notification or the amount owed will revert back to the full citation fee amount.

Appeal Denied: If your appeal is denied, the registered vehicle owner will be responsible to pay the fine as outlined on the citation.

Providing additional information: If your appeal was denied and you have additional information that you did not attach to your appeal such as photos, receipts or account numbers that will prove that you were in compliance you may respond to the appeal decision with them and your appeal may be re-reviewed.

Bylaw Court: You also have the right not to pay your parking citation and appear in Provincial Bylaw Court once you have received a summons to court. At this venue, you will have to opportunity to plead not guilty without explanation or guilty with explanation, if you plead not guilty the Justice will set a future court date for trial. At this second court date, you will have the opportunity to present your case, before the Justice and in the presence of the University of Regina prosecutor. If you fail to attend the summons court date or this subsequent court date and your citation is in good order the Justice will issue a court-deemed conviction in your absence.

Early Payment Citation Reductions: Pay your parking citation early, within 14 days of the citation issue date, to take advantage of the reduced amount shown on the citation if applicable. Not all bylaw violations will be eligible for an early payment citation reduction.

Failure to Pay Your Parking Citation: If the citation is not paid after 14 days of being issued and it is not part of a payment plan or in the appeal process the following documents will be sent.

Pending Summons: If you have received a Notice of Pending Summons, this is a reminder that you have an outstanding citation balance with the University of Regina Parking & Transportation Services that is overdue and requires immediate attention.

Summons: Failure to make payment on outstanding citations for parking violations will lead to a Summons, formally charging you with a parking offence, and will require an appearance in Provincial Bylaw Court. The summons will include the offence, the date of plea court, and the location of plea court. 

7. What happens if I pay a citation late?

If you pay your citation after 14 days your citation if originally eligible will no longer be eligible for an early payment discount. If you continue to delay payment you will receive a pending summons and depending on the state of your parking account you may become eligible for the following actions.

  • Hold on student account.
  • The barnacle/towing.
  • Suspension of on campus parking privileges.
8. What is the citation issuance date?
The citation Issuance Date is the date on which the citation was issued, it is the date on which the 7 day appeal deadline begins and the 14 day early payment window begins provided the citation has an early payment rate.
9. I would like to appeal my ticket, what should the appeal state?
The appeal should state any pertinent facts and contain any supporting evidence that you may have. If you paid, parked and accidentally entered the wrong licence plate provide that information. If you had to park that way because of a breakdown and were towed provide a tow recipt. This information will help us to make an informed decision.
10. How do I pay a parking citation?

Paying a Citation: If you are issued a citation, you have 7 days from the date of the citation to enter an appeal and 14 days from the date of the citation to take advantage of any early payment option if one is available. Please note if you plan to appeal your citation do not pay it during the appeal process.

Pay Online: Use your UR Parking Account or the Citation look up page and pay online using a credit card.

Campus Guest: You may pay online through the Citation Look Up Page using your credit card.

Pay in Person: Pay your citation at the Parking & Transportation Services Office located in in College West Building with cash, debit, cheque, or credit card.

Provincial Bylaw Court

Pending Summons
After 14 days of nonpayment a citation becomes eligible to receive a pending summons. This document is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle. If you have received a Notice of Pending Summons, this is a reminder that you or a vehicle registered to you has an outstanding citation balance with the University of Regina that is overdue and requires immediate attention.
Summons
Failure to make payment on outstanding citations for parking violations will lead to a Summons, formally charging the registered owner of the vehicle with a parking offence, and will require an appearance in Provincial Bylaw Court.

The summons will include the offence, the date of Plea Court, and the location of Plea Court.
Pleading Not Guilty

If you plead not guilty the Justice will stop further comment on the matter and they will set a second court date for a Trial that works with all parties schedules. All court dates are the third Friday of each month unless that date falls on a Stat Holiday.

At the trial, you will have the opportunity to present your case before the Justice and in the presence of the University of Regina prosecutor.

Failure to appear at your scheduled court appearance may result in a deemed conviction in your absence.

Pleading Guilty with explanation

If you plead guilty with explanation the justice will ask what penalty the University of Regina is seeking and you will have an opportunity to ask about fine options programs. You also have the opportunity to utilize fine options programs if found guilty in your absence.

Failure to appear/address

If you choose not to address the citation through either payment of the citation or through Provincial Bylaw Court the citation will be advanced to court in your absence. If the citation is found in good standing, a Court Deemed Conviction will be issued, 30 days after the Court Deemed Conviction is issued an administrative fee will be added to the citation and the matter will be forwarded to collections. Additionally if applicable a hold will be placed on your student account and your on campus parking privileges may be revoked.

The parking bylaws that guide Parking & Transportation Services are found in Section 90.2 of The University of Regina Act. A listing of these bylaws are found in The Saskatchewan Gazette. For a full official list of the University of Regina Parking Bylaws, Click here.

All parking bylaws are enforced 24 hours per day 7 days per week, this includes things like accessible parking, encroachment and time limited parking. From the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. surface lot parking is free of charge and lot specific permit requirements are not enforced.

Below is a short non comprehensive list of commonly used Parking Bylaws and associated fines.

3.1 - Right-of-Way - Pedestrian Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00

Pedestrians have the right-of-way in Parking Lots and at all Pedestrian Crossings and on Roads with no paralleling Pedestrian Walks provided they walk on the left side facing the Traffic.

4.1 - Bicycle Stand Fine $45.00 Early payment $25.00
Bicycle parking is permitted only in areas specifically designated by the presence of Bicycle parking racks or stands, or in a designated secure Bicycle cage. For further certainty, unless the area is specifically designated by the President for Bicycle storage or Bicycle parking, Bicycle parking is prohibited within two metres of any building entrance or exit, on any stairway, on any egress or ingress ramp, on any loading dock, on any lawn or landscaped area, on any handrail, tree, shrubbery, door, signpost, lamp post, telephone post, parking meter, or other object not maintained or designed for the purpose of securing Bicycles, in any lobby, hallway, or room of any building.
5.3 - Camping Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall park and camp overnight on University property either in a Motor Vehicle, tent, trailer, camper, van, motorhome, and the like, without permission of the President.
5.4 - Obstructing Free Passage/Traffic Fine $60.00 Early payment $35.00
No Person shall obstruct the free passage of Traffic on any Pedestrian Walk, Road or Service Road without written permission of the President. For further certainty: (i) except by written consent of the President, no Person shall either themselves or through another Person, put, place or leave lumber, building material, goods, wares, merchandise or thing of any kind whatsoever upon, or in any way directly or indirectly encumber, obstruct, injure or foul any Road, Service Road, Pedestrian Walk, landscaped area or any property of the University; and nor shall any Person throw glass, bottles, or any other material on any Road, Service Road, Pedestrian Walk, landscaped area or other property of the University; and (ii) no Operator shall drive, stand or park a Motor Vehicle upon any Road or Service Road in such a manner as to block, obstruct, impede or hinder Traffic thereon. Where the obstruction is unavoidable due to mechanical failure, the Operator will not be in breach of this section, provided proper measures to clear the faulty Motor Vehicle from the Road/Service Road are taken immediately.
5.6.1 - Unauthorized Use of Electrical Outlet or Exceeding Wattage Outlet Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
No Owner or Operator shall: (i) plug a Motor Vehicle into an electrical outlet for which they are not authorized to do so, or for which they have not paid the fee; (ii) plug in any device with a greater wattage than is authorized; or (iii) park in a non-electrified Parking Stall and run an electrical cord to a Parking Stall with an electric plug-in.
5.6.2 - Tampering with Electrical Outlet Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
No Person shall alter or tamper with any electrical outlet, unless they are a trained and qualified contractor or employee under contract with and directed by the University to perform work on said electrical outlet.
5.7 - Repair Motor Vehicles - Repair/Service/Clean Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall wash, service, maintain, clean or repair a Motor Vehicle on the Campus (other than a Service Vehicle) except in the case of emergency repairs, or where permission has been obtained from the President.
5.8 - Uncoupled Trailers Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall leave a trailer or tractor-trailer unattached to the Motor Vehicle used for moving it on any Road, Service Road, Parking Stall, Bus Stop, Parking Lot or any other place unless permission has been obtained from the President.
5.10 - Interference with Parking Signage Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall deface, alter, move, obstruct or interfere with any Parking Signage or Traffic Sign.
5.11.1 - Tampering with or Damaging Equipment Fine $200.00 Early payment N/A
No Person shall: (i) deposit or cause to be deposited in a parking meter or Parking Pay Station any substitute for a coin or currency of Canada; (ii) deface, alter, damage, tamper with or impair the working of any parking meter, pole, Parking Pay Station, Permit card reader, Permit dispenser, Parking Lot gate, Immobilizer, barricade, pylon or any other parking equipment.
5.12 - Unauthorized Signs Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall erect or maintain any Traffic or parking warning or directional sign unless written permission has been obtained from the President. Any unauthorized signs will be removed without notice.
5.13 - Directions of Traffic Signs Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Person shall disobey any applicable instructions or directions indicated on any Traffic Sign or Parking Signage unless otherwise directed by a Parking Enforcement Officer or a Peace Officer.
6.3.1 - Accessible Parking - No Accessible Permit/Placard Fine $200.00 Early payment N/A
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle, or encroach in any way, on a space identified as an Accessible Parking Space, or park any Motor Vehicle or encroach in any way on an Accessible Ramp, unless it is displaying an Accessible Parking Permit or has a valid Accessible Parking Permit/Parking Privileges.
6.4.1 - Right-hand Wheels not Within Thirty (30) cm of Curb Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
Unless any on-street Parking Stall or Loading Zone is otherwise posted, no Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle other than parallel with the Curb, and with the right hand wheels of the Motor Vehicle within thirty (30) centimetres of the Curb.
6.4.3 - Directional Parking: Lot/Pay Parking Zone Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
Unless any Parking Stall within a Parking Lot or Pay Parking Zone is otherwise marked (or designated for angled parking), no Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in any Parking Lot or Pay Parking Zone other than ninety (90) degrees to the Curb or parking rail, and with the front bumper of the vehicle no less than thirty (30) centimetres from the Curb or parking rail.
6.4.4 - LPR Parking Lot – Directional Parking and No Front Plate Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
In addition to the requirements set out in section 6.4.3, no Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in any LPR Parking Lot other than facing forward unless the Motor Vehicle displays a license plate on the front of the vehicle.
6.4.5 - License Plate Not Visible/Legible from Driving Lane/Road Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in such a manner that the license plate would not be distinctly visible and legible to a Parking Enforcement Officer or Peace Officer from the driving lane or Road.
6.4.6 - Backing into a Parking Stall Without a Front License Plate Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall back a Motor Vehicle into a Parking Stall unless the Motor Vehicle displays a front license plate.
6.4.7 - Directional Parking - Left Hand Side to Curb Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle with the Motor Vehicle's left hand side to the Curb unless allowed by Parking Signage or a Traffic Sign in the case of one direction Traffic.
6.5.1 - Time Limited Parking Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in a Parking Stall, a Pay Parking Zone or a Parking Lot beyond the time limit specified by (i) the Parking Signage, or (ii) the time limit specified on the valid Permit for the location.
6.5.2 - Exceeding Daily Time Limit Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in any time-limited Pay Parking Stall or Parking Zone for more than the daily time-limit.
6.5.3 - Meter Violation Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in a Parking Stall or Pay Parking Zone if the parking meter timer indicates "Violation" or "Time Expired" or "out of order" or "fail" or "00.00 ", and if said Motor Vehicle does not otherwise have a valid Permit or Parking Privileges for such location.
6.6 - Double Parking Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall Double-Park any Motor Vehicle i.e park (a vehicle) alongside one that is already parked at the side of the road.
6.7 - No Stopping on Campus Roads Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall stop a Motor Vehicle (excepting Buses for the purpose of loading and unloading passengers) on any Road or Service Road on Campus, except (i) when necessary to avoid collision or conflict with other Traffic; or (ii) in compliance with the directions of a Parking Enforcement Officer, Peace Officer, or Traffic Sign.
6.8.1 - Non-Designated Area - No Parking Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park any Motor Vehicle in an area not designated for parking (such as, but not limited to, landscaped areas, undeveloped areas, Roads, Service Roads, and sidewalks), without the written permission of the President.
6.8.2 - Reserved Parking Lot/Stall - No Parking Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle that is not a Permitted Motor Vehicle in a Parking Stall, Pay Parking Zone or Parking Lot during the reserved period as posted, or where the Motor Vehicle does not have a Permit or Parking Privileges for the applicable Parking Stall, Pay Parking Zone or Parking Lot (such as designated carpool areas).
6.8.3 - Bus Stop - No Parking Fine $60.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park, stand or stop any Motor Vehicle other than a Bus in a Bus Stop.
6.8.4 - Fire Hydrant - No Parking Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle within three (3) meters of a fire hydrant except for the purpose of loading or unloading and then only provided the Operator remains at the wheel of the Motor Vehicle at all times ready to move the Motor Vehicle when required.
6.8.5 - Obstruct Pedestrian Crossing - No Parking Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in a manner which obstructs a Pedestrian Crossing in any way.
6.8.6.1 - Encroach on an Adjacent Parking Stall Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle so as to encroach on an adjacent Parking Stall.
6.8.7 - Service Area - no permit or parking privilege Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
Except in the case of a Service Vehicle, no Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in a Service Stall or Service Area, or on a Service Road.
6.8.8 - Service Area - Time Limit Exceeded Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
The Operator of a Service Vehicle may only park the Service Vehicle in a Service Stall or Service Area or on a Service Road during such time as the Operator requires immediate and constant access to the tools, instruments, supplies, or equipment in the Service Vehicle for the purposes of carrying out service, maintenance, construction or repair work, and only for the posted Service Area time limit.
6.10 - Abandoned Vehicles Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No Operator shall park a Motor Vehicle in any location for longer than 72 hours unless permission has been obtained from the President.
6.11.1 - Motorcycles and Motorized Scooters Parked in Non-designated Area Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
Motorcycles and motorized scooters are Motor Vehicles and must only be parked in a Parking Lot, Pay Parking Zone or Parking Stall, or area designated for the parking of motorcycles or motorized scooters.
6.11.2 - Motorcycles and Motorized Scooters Two (2) Meters of entrance/exit Fine $50.00 Early payment $30.00
No person may park a motorcycle or motorized scooter within two metres of any building entrance or exit, on any stairway, on any egress or ingress ramp, on any loading dock, on any lawn or landscaped area, on any handrail, tree, shrubbery, door, signpost, lamp post, telephone post, parking meter, bike racks, or other similar object, in any lobby, hallway, or room of any building.
7.4.2 - Failure to Stop / Pay Fine $200.00 Early payment N/A
During the hours of operation, on entry to the Controlled Pay Parking Lot, the Operator is required to stop and obtain a Permit from either the attendant or the automated Permit dispenser. On exiting from the Controlled Pay Parking Lot, the Operator is required to stop and submit the Permit or receipt to either the attendant or the automated Parking Pay Station and pay the required fee. Failure to stop and pay the fee or submit the Permit or receipt is a violation of these Bylaws. The assessed fine is in addition to the accumulated parking charges to be paid.
7.4.3 - Unauthorized Permit Sharing Fine $200.00
Only one Motor Vehicle registered to a valid Permit may utilize the Permit's parking privileges at any given time. If more than one Motor Vehicle registered to a valid Permit is parked on Campus at the same time, the additional Motor Vehicle(s) must purchase a separate Permit or Parking Privileges. Concurrent parking is not permitted.
7.4.4 - No Aiding Additional Vehicle Fine $200.00
No Person shall allow their authorized Permit to be used in aiding additional or subsequent Motor Vehicle(s) from entering or exiting or attempting to enter or exit a Controlled Pay Parking Lot without paying.
7.4.5 - No Tailgating Fine $100.00 Early payment $65.00
No Operator of a Motor Vehicle shall enter or exit a Controlled Pay Parking Lot before allowing the gate to fully close after the previous Motor Vehicle.
9.2.6 - Interference with Removal or Immobilization Fine $60.00 Early payment $35.00
No Person shall attempt to prevent the immobilization or removal of any Motor Vehicle or in any manner interfere with the immobilization or removal of any Motor Vehicle.

Legal & Citation Terminology
Parking privileges at the University of Regina are governed by the University of Regina Parking Bylaws, Section 90.2 of the University of Regina Act, along with the Motor Carrier Act (SK); the Vehicle Administration Act (SK); the Highway Traffic Act (SK); and the Provincial Capital Commission (SK).

The University of Regina makes the following reasonable presumptions:

  1. The person(s) obtaining a valid U of R parking permit is responsible for all infractions issued to each vehicle registered to that permit or any vehicle displaying that permit.
  2. If anyone with the same address as the registered owner(s) is determined to be associated with the University, then that person is presumed to be the operator of the vehicle receiving a parking infraction and is responsible for said infraction and/or;
  3. The registered owner of a vehicle will be responsible for all infractions issued to that vehicle if no other person at that address is determined to be associated with the University.
Failure to comply with these bylaws and the rules and regulations of the University of Regina can result in receiving a parking citation.

There is formal language used when speaking about compliance and citation in relation to the enforcement of Parking Bylaws at the University of Regina. Understanding the terminology will help you to understand the citations received and the legal terminology associated with them.

Citation: This is a ticket with an associated fine issued due to a violation of the University of Regina Parking Bylaws.

Parking Bylaws: The rules and regulations everyone must follow when operating a vehicle and parking a vehicle on any University of Regina properties.

Notice of Pending Summons: This is a formal communication issued through email or by Canada Post to notify individuals who have outstanding citation fees that payment is due. It will further inform legal actions that will take place if the citation balance is not paid in full. Pending Summons are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle.

Parking Summons: This is a formal communication issued through email or by Canada Post to notify individuals that they have been formally charged with a parking offence and have been summoned to make an appearance in Provincial Bylaw Court.

Deemed Conviction: A citation will receive a deemed conviction in the event an individual has been summoned to appear in Saskatchewan Provincial Bylaw Court and has been found guilty by the presiding Justice of the Peace or has failed to make their appearance as required by their Parking Summons.

Regulations & Procedures
Below is a summary of some of the traffic regulations, procedures, provincial and municipal laws that are followed at the University of Regina. The University reserves the right to amend these regulations, procedures and/or amend parking fees as it sees fit. Parking & Transportation Services will publicize any changes.

  • The University is not responsible for any theft, damage, or any incident to any vehicle at any time on University property.
  • Authorized Bylaw Enforcement Personnel enforce traffic laws, bylaws, regulations, and procedures at the University of Regina. Violations of laws, bylaws and regulations may result in citations. Violators are subject to prosecution, towing, fines and/or penalties.
  • In the event of an emergency situation, Campus Security or any other duly authorized Law Enforcement Personnel will direct and control traffic. All persons must act as directed by the signals and/or directions.
  • No person(s) acting on behalf of themselves or a group may distribute flyers or any other form of printed literature on vehicles parked on campus. Littering charges may be laid.
  • Pedestrians have the right of way in parking lots and at all pedestrian crossings and on roads with no paralleling pedestrian walks, provided they walk on the left side facing traffic.
  • Bicycle parking is permitted only in areas specifically designed by the presence of bicycle parking racks or stands.
  • No person shall skateboard on any property comprising the campus.
  • The speed limit for vehicles on campus roadways is 40 km/h.
  • Service vehicle areas, unloading areas, bus stop areas, are areas signed for special use and restricted at all times for the use as posted unless authorized.
  • Parking is prohibited at all times:
    • On any road except where signs expressly permit parking.
    • On any sidewalk.
    • On any other portion of the grounds not designed and/or provided for the parking of vehicles. Vehicles, which are illegally parked on campus, or are at the warrant stage, may be removed and impounded at the owner’s expense in accordance with the University of Regina Bylaws.
  • Vehicles must be parked correctly in all parking lots as indicated by guidelines, curbs, signs, headers, and other markings; and must not be parked in any way that obstructs the free flow of traffic or of the parking of vehicles in adjacent stalls.
  • The University reserves the right to assign specific parking spaces and to limit parking privileges and/or assign specific parking privilege places.
  • The University reserves the right, under special or unusual circumstances, to appropriate portions of the parking area(s), or set aside an area on Campus, for such purposes as construction, maintenance and repairs, or parking for guests at special University functions such as convocation or special lectures.
  • If a permit holder sells their vehicle or loans their vehicle to another driver, the vehicle plate number must be removed from the permit holder's account.
  • A parking privilege becomes invalid when vehicle information, such as changes to or additions of license plates, are not registered with Parking & Transportation Services through UR Parking Account.
  • Parking privileges on campus may be revoked due to outstanding citations, or abuse of the Parking Regulations. If privileges are revoked, written notice of suspension will be given to the permit holder. Parking privileges will not be reinstated until the appropriate proof or action is taken.
  • Vehicles must be in good working order as per the Province of Saskatchewan Vehicle Equipment regulations:
    • Any damages incurred or repairs needed to the University property as a result of vehicle equipment violation will be charged to the owner of the vehicle. (E.g. you may need to pay for damages/repairs if your vehicle leaks oil or you hit a sign, post or other structure on campus.)
    • If your vehicle is inoperable, contact Parking & Transportation Services immediately at 306-585-5555 or Campus Security at 306-585-4999. You will have 24 hours to repair and/or remove your vehicle unless stated otherwise by Parking & Transportation Services or by Campus Security Personnel.
  • Reasonable attempts will be made to locate the owner of suspected abandoned vehicles. If these attempts fail, the vehicle will be removed from campus.
  • Vehicles such as motor homes, trailers, and campers may not park on campus for living purposes unless approval has been given from Parking & Transportation Services or Campus Security Personnel.
