Public Parking
Parking & Transportation Services is a service of the University of Regina whose source of funding is from parking related user fees.
Visitors must pay to park between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Parking is complimentary (excluding parkades) evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
Accessible stalls and time zone/limited areas are in enforced at all times.
We offer 'pay-as-you-go' parking in various locations on the Main Campus, First Nations University of Canada, and the College Avenue Campus. You can pay to park using a pay station or download the PayByPhone app.

Public Parking Lots
Lot 2
Lot 2 has number of public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located across from the Riddell Centre in the southwest corner of the Main Campus. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 2. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Lot 10
Lot 10 has number of Public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located on University Drive East. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 10. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Please watch for the Visitor parking signage as there are other types of parking within the lot.

Lot 14
Lot 14 has number of public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located on University Drive North. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 14. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Lot 20
Lot 20 has number of public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. Lot 20 is located south of the College Building. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 20. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Underground Parkades
Dr. William Riddell Centre
The entrance to this parkade is located on the west side of the Dr. William Riddell Centre Building. There are sensors at the top of the ramp that will detect your vehicle and open the overhead door.
There is no entrance access from 11:00pm until 6:00am. However, there is exit access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Kisik Towers Parkade
The entrance to this parkade is located off of University Drive North between Lots 14 and 13. There are sensors at the top of the ramp that will detect your vehicle and open the overhead door. The pay station is located by the main elevator doors.

Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport
The entrance to this parkade is located on the south-east side of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport Building. There is no daily public entrance access from 11:00pm until 6:00am. However, there is exit access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pay stations are located by the elevator lobby and south side stairwell.
