Public Parking
The University of Regina offers a variety of options for paid hourly public parking for our campus guests with designated public parking areas and three heated underground parkades. Parking time is purchased using the PaybyPhone app or Pay Stations located across campus with the ability to easily extend parking time anywhere on campus.
- PaybyPhone App: download the app to your smart phone and purchase parking time anywhere on campus.
- Credit Card is required to use PaybyPhone
- Pay Stations: there are various pay stations located across campus for quick and easy purchases for parking time.
- Credit Card and Debit Card [tap only], or Coins can be used with Pay Stations.
- Outdoor machines accept cards only, indoor machines will accept coins.
- Pay at the Parking Office
- If you are having trouble with the PaybyPhone app or Pay Stations, parking time can be purchased at the Parking Services Office located in College West Building, Room 108 using Cash, Debit, and Credit Card.
All parking is paid parking between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
All three parkades require payment and are enforced at all times.
The University offers complimentary surface parking evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Accessible Parking and Time Limited Parking regulations are in effect at all times.

Public Parking Lots
Lot 2
Lot 2 has number of public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located across from the Riddell Centre in the southwest corner of the Main Campus. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 2. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Lot 6
Lot 6 has been changed from an M area to public parking as of May 5, 2025. You can buy your parking session by using the PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. A pay station can be found inside the main doors of the CKHS building as well as the entrance to any main building on campus. View the Campus Map. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Lot 10
Lot 10 has number of Public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located on University Drive East. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 10. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Please watch for the Visitor parking signage as there are other types of parking within the lot.

Lot 14
Lot 14 has number of public parking stalls. You can buy your parking session by using PayByPhone app or by using a pay station. It is located on University Drive North. View the Campus Map to see the location of Lot 14. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Lot 20

Underground Parkades
Dr. William Riddell Centre
The entrance to this parkade is located on the west side of the Dr. William Riddell Centre Building. There are sensors at the top of the ramp that will detect your vehicle and open the overhead door.
There is no entrance access from 11:00pm until 6:00am. However, there is exit access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Kisik Towers Parkade
The entrance to this parkade is located off of University Drive North between Lots 14 and 13. There are sensors at the top of the ramp that will detect your vehicle and open the overhead door. The pay station is located by the main elevator doors.

Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport
The entrance to this parkade is located on the south-east side of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport Building. There is no daily public entrance access from 11:00pm until 6:00am. However, there is exit access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pay stations are located by the elevator lobby and south side stairwell.
Curbside / Roadside
Long Term Parking Areas
Paid curbside Public parking is available on Surreau Loop, University Drive East, and University Drive West offering full day parking options for long-term stays on campus.
Short Term Parking Areas
Paid time limited Public parking is available outside most buildings with 30 minute or 2 hour time zones for quick access to our facilities and shorter stays on campus.
Accessible Parking Areas
Availabile only for individuals with a valid SaskAbilities placard displayed or a University Accessibility Designation for paid hourly public parking. The University offers ePermit options for Accessibility parking for students, faculty and staff.
