Jill Stroeder BA '96

Jill Stroeder BA '96, a proud University of Regina alumna, has built a dynamic career in corporate communications, government relations, and international business. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, she has worked across male-dominated industries like critical minerals, oil and gas, and automotive manufacturing. From Canadian boardrooms to project sites in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Central America, and Africa, Jill has earned a reputation as a strategic communications expert, coaching CEOs, government ministers, and business leaders in media response and executive profiling.

In 2020, Jill returned to Saskatchewan and rebuilt her career, now serving as Advocacy Communications Lead for The Mosaic Company, one of the world’s largest potash producers. Previously, she held senior roles with the Government of Saskatchewan, including Manager of Communications for the Ministry of Trade and Export Development and Chief of Staff to the Minister of Advanced Education. Her journey—from an English degree to a global career—proves that with resilience and belief in possibility, success knows no boundaries.
