Book an Advising Appointment
Complete this form to book a 30 minute appointment with an Academic Advisor from the Arts Student Services Office. Appointments can be booked Monday-Friday betweent the hours of 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-3:30pm. You will recieve an email with a confirmed appointment time!

All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by Arts Student Services. We will email you shortly to confirm your appointment.

Drop-in Advising
Arts Drop-in Advising sessions are designed to address any urgent inquiries you might have within the current semester and allow you to meet virtually with an advisor without scheduling an appointment in advance.

How To Use
- Log in to Zoom during one of of our open sessions and enter meeting code: 918 0591 9718
- Upon joining the Zoom meeting, you will be admitted to a waiting room. Each student will be admitted one by one in the order that they joined into the main meeting room for an initial assessment. Please make sure to have your student ID number and questions ready!
- After your initial assessment, you will be connected with an academic advisor in a Zoom break out room for your one-on-one session. Please be patient as we assist each student in the waiting room. Unfortunately we will not be able to estimate wait times.
