Drop-in Advising

Arts Drop-in Advising sessions are designed to address any urgent inquiries you might have within the current semester and allow you to meet virtually with an advisor without scheduling an appointment in advance.

Hours:

  • No other Zoom Drop-in days/times until the 2024 New Year!

How To Use

  • Log in to Zoom during one of of our open sessions and enter meeting code:
  • Upon joining the Zoom meeting, you will be admitted to a waiting room. Each student will be admitted one by one in the order that they joined into the main meeting room for an initial assessment. Please make sure to have your student ID number and questions ready!
  • After your initial assessment, you will be connected with an academic advisor in a Zoom break out room for your one-on-one session. Please be patient as we assist each student in the waiting room. Unfortunately we will not be able to estimate wait times.
Note: If you receive the message, "This meeting has been locked by the host", this means that we are at capacity for the  session. In this case please fill out the advising request form found above.
