Harlan Kennedy, P.Eng, PMP retired from public service in April 2021 in Saskatchewan, where his career included significant work managing and delivering facility design and construction, information technology, business process improvement and event projects.

Harlan has been a professional engineer since 1980, becoming a life member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists in 2022. He achieved his Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute in 1998.

He has also taken courses in stand-up comedy, and has acted in local theatre, television, and movie productions.

Harlan has been an instructor for the University of Regina Faculty of Continuing Education, Business and Professional Development Programs department since 2004, facilitating courses in Leadership and Project Management. Harlan was awarded a certificate in Adult Education from the University of Regina.
