Jay Lamont is the founder of a boutique consulting firm specializing in leadership development, workplace mental health, and psychological health and safety. For over 25 years, he has worked with organizations to create healthier, more resilient workplaces through training, consulting, and strategic program development.
Jay holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, where he focused on organizational culture and transformative leadership. He has a Professional Leadership Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity Studies from the University of Regina, and has earned an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. His education provides a strong foundation for integrating principles and theory of workplace culture with practical leadership strategies.
