Indigenous Storytelling with Lynn Cote

February 2022 is Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling Month and it is being coordinated by the Library Services for Saskatchewan Aboriginal Peoples Committee (LSSAP). The purpose of LSSAP's program is to increase province-wide cultural activity levels of Indigenous Peoples; have Elders and Storytellers demonstrate the cultural and historical value of storytelling; and foster storytelling partnerships through joint planning with organizations. Join Lynn Cote, an anihšināpēhkwē from Cote First Nation and an Assistant Professor at First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv). She teaches the Saulteaux language, history, culture and literature and is co-author of a book titled Mācī-anihšināpēmowin: Beginning Saulteaux, published by the Univ. of Regina Press.
