Conservatory Musical Theatre Showcase

Get ready for two nights of singing, dancing, and performing at the Conservatory Musical Theatre Showcases. Students from the University of Regina Conservatory of Performing Arts' youth musical theatre programs are sure to dazzle and delight the audience with their newly found triple threat status. These groups are open enrollment with no audition required. All budding performers are welcome to join our groups!

Glee Performances

  • Senior Glee (Saturday Class) presents The Peachy Family. This original script is interspersed with fun songs from ABBA, The Sound of Music, Annie and more!
  • Senior Glee (Tuesday Class) will then present Could You Hug A Cactus? This musical revue, based on a collection of whimsical poems by Phillip Van Wagoner, follows a group of kids as they come together to create a show that's bursting with poems and creativity.
  • Advanced Glee (Saturday Class) will finish off the evening with I Want My Mummy! In this musical, Baroness Frankenstein has opened her castle to monsters of the world who are having difficulty fitting in with society.

About the Showcase

This event is rush seating (first come, first served on performance night). However, please contact the Darke Hall box office (306-523-2753) if you have any accessibility requests, so we can reserve appropriate seats based on your guest's needs.
