MAP Big Band Dance: An Evening of Music and Dance

The U of R Music Association invites you to a night of live music and swing dancing for all ages! Due to its growing popularity, the event will now be held at the Conexus Arts Centre on March 2, 2024. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. 

Swing dance instruction will start at 7:00 p.m. and live music, featuring students and faculty, will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The black-tie dress code is optional, just don't forget your dancing shoes!

All proceeds go towards the Music Students Association to provide professional development opportunities such as workshops and masterclasses with guests, musicians, mental health experts, physical wellness experts, and more!
