As You Like It

Forced into exile in the Forest of Arden, lovers Rosalind and Orlando become entangled in a beguiling game of love, lust and mistaken identity!

With her mother the Duchess banished, Rosalind and her cousin Celia leave their lives in the rigid confines of the court and flee into the Forest of Arden. Released from convention and disguised as a boy, Rosalind experiences the liberating rush of transformation, and falls spectacularly in love with Orlando.

Edited and adapted to showcase the Theatre Department’s third-year student cohort, this fresh, funny and invigorating production of As You Like It is directed by Kathryn Bracht and designed by Wes Pearce.

As You Like It opens October 30th and runs to November 2nd in the University of Regina’s Riddell Centre Theatre.
