Misinformation is a growing and significant concern with far-reaching implications across diverse fields and sectors. This panel event will highlight challenges with misinformation, including the damaging effects it can have on public trust in some of our most important institutions, including electoral and legal systems. The discussion will also explore the role of law and policy in crafting responses and in supporting emerging best practices for countering the harms of misinformation.
