Centre on Aging and Health Brain Awareness Week Film Screening and Discussion: Dementia Care in Canada: Can We Do Better?
Please join us for the Centre on Aging and Health's annual event in support of the Dana Foundation's Brain Awareness Week – ‘Dementia Care in Canada: Can we do better?’. There will be a public film screening of documentary-style news segments on dementia care. Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion with the audience about nursing homes and long-term care in Canada.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:30pm in the Education Auditorium (EA 106) on the Main U of R campus, 3737 Wascana Parkway. Open to the public. Admission is free. Free parking is available in all surface public, M and Z lots after 5:00pm (parking lots 3, 6 & 2 are closest public parking; lots 17 & 16 are closest Z parking).
