Dr. Kara Fletcher's Book Launch

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Kara Fletcher’s new book has now been released!

Integrative Approaches to Couple and Family Therapy in Canada - A practical and accessible guide to working with diverse couples and families through an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens.

Please join us for a book launch on April 9, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in Saskatoon. This event is open to everyone and there will be refreshments and a short celebration!

Kara Fletcher, BA, MSW, PhD, RSW - Program, Lead Graduate; Associate Professor; Director, SWRC
Kara Fletcher is an Associate Professor at the Saskatoon Campus and the Director of the Social Work Research Centre. Dr. Fletcher is an AAMFT accredited couple and family therapist (500 hour post-graduate diploma). Dr. Fletcher’s research programme focuses on couple and family therapy, and community-based approaches to treating and understanding mental health and substance use issues.
